When we had Havana cabins on both Horizon and Vista, with full ships, we had no issue finding seating sun or shade. And at most there were maybe 3-4 people in those pools at any time. I was talking to my PCP and she was not 100% sure that the Lanai section which is the outside section of deck 8 aft of the atrium is Havana only or not.
