Officials say 17-year-old Kip Lewis, of Elysian Fields, Texas, was shot on the 2200 block of Clyde Fant Pkwy around 5:45 p.m. According to Shreveport city leaders, Shreveport police are investigating two shootings that happened while the parade was going on. It happened on Oden Street and Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway Service Road near the Magnolia School of Excellence. At 5:45 p.m., police responded to a shooting in the 2200 block of Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway. CADDO PARISH, La. (KSLA) - A teenager is now being indicted for the accidental shooting death of another teen during a Mardi Gras parade in Shreveport back in February. The shooting happened on Feb. 18 during the Krewe of Gemini parade. Kip Lewis, 17, of Marshall, Texas, was killed in the incident.
