Mardi Gras is a citywide extravaganza filled with endless parades, floats and costumes. While these aspects of the celebration are important to Tulane University’s female students, this group places focus on another factor during this week. During Mardi Gras, Tulane University residents are extended the privilege to host one guest per resident.
