Mardi Gras Southeast Texas kicks off at its new home at Doggett Ford Park on Friday, February 28, 2025 with the traditional chicken toss at 5 p.m. followed by the first parade two hours later. The 10:00 p.m. Mardi Gras! Galveston Parade Revelers will enjoy this festive night parade, as it circles the Entertainment District wrapping up the first day of celebrations for Mardi Gras!
