The Mardi Gras main event, the Grand Parade, starts at 11 a.m. Here's everything you need to know if you are heading to The 46th Mardi Gras weekend kicks off in St. Louis with the Mayor’s Ball, followed by the Bud Light Grand Parade, and concludes with outdoor sales and events in the Soulard neighborhood.
