The Millbrook Revelers Mardi Gras Festival and Parade will be held on. February 15, 2025. The Festival grounds will officially open at 9 AM. The. Parade will begin at Noon. Please vist the Festival tab or the Parade tab for. more information. GENERAL PARADE INFORMATION. The Mardi Gras Parade starts at noon after the staging at the Mill Creek Park. Millcreek Park is located behind The Smokehouse Bar-B-Q restaurant on Main Street. There will be personnel on site to direct you to your starting position. The Mardi Gras King and Queen float will be the official “Royalty” ride and the Millbrook Revelers Krewe float is 40 feet of fun waiting to throw beads, moon pies and other trinkets to the crowd.
