The City of Orange Beach holds its Orange Beach Mardi Gras Parade each year at 2 p.m. on Fat Tuesday. In 2025, that day is Tuesday, March 4th. In 2026, it's February 17th. During the Mardi Gras parades, the City of Orange Beach closes Highway 182 (Perdido Beach Boulevard) within the city limits of Orange Beach, Alabama to vehicular traffic on Tuesday from as early as 1:00 P.M. until as late as 4:00 P.M.
