I love the spa products in the room, the scrub kit you get and especially the direct access via private elevator down to the Thermal Suite. I went down there every day at least once, but usually twice, beca I was on the Mardi Gras in April and loved having a balcony. Among the other reasons listed already, it's nice to have a balcony to people watch when you are coming back to your room on port days.
