The Rayne Mardi Gras Parade and Gumbo Cook-Off is set for February 15, 2025 with the parade beginning at 2 p.m. and the cook-off to follow. The parade will travel its normal route in Rayne, LA down the Boulevard. Lineup will start on American Legion drive and the parade will end at the Rayne Civic Center. After the parade, the gumbo cook-off and after party will begin. There will be food Saturday, Feb. 15 – Rayne Mardi Gras Parade & After Party – The Parade runs on The Boulevard and the After Party is at 206 Frog Festival Drive, Gossen Memorial Park in Rayne. 2-7 p.m The Rayne Mardi Gras Parade and Gumbo Cook-Off shows us the South Louisiana tradition of Mardi Gras. With the parade being the day after Valentines Day, we want to celebrate our LOVE for Mardi Gras. The parade will travel its normal route down the Boulevard in Rayne. After the parade, there will be an after party and gumbo cook-off.
