The 29th Annual Scott Mardi Gras Parade is scheduled for Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 11am. Roads surrounding the parade route will be closed at 9:30am. Come join the fun with all the families, friends, floats, riders, bands, and BEADS! Plans for the 2026 Mardi Gras events have begun and we hope you will participate in making it our best yet. Mardi Gras 2024 in Acadiana has seen some changes in several aspects and this weekend's parade in Scott, Louisiana is definitely one that has undergone a bit of a makeover. If you're accustomed to going to the Boudin Capital of the World two Sundays before Fat Tuesday, you surely need to read about the changes to this year's festivities. Here is the new parade route for the Scott Mardi Gras Parade on Sunday. The parade will start at Delhomme Ave. at Machine Loop, travel east to St. Mary, turn north to Park West to S. Frontage Road This seems to shorten the route just a tad, but I'm not quite entirely sure that's the case. At any rate, thousands of us will get out and enjoy the 26th annual Scott Mardi Gras Parade to be held Sunday, February 12, 2023. Roads close at Noon and the parade starts at 1:00 pm. Saturday, March 1 – Eunice Lil’ Mardi Gras – 461 Sittig St. at Eunice Recreation Complex. 9 a.m-4 p.m. Mardi Gras run begins at 9 a.m. Children’s parade in downtown Eunice at 3 p.m Carencro Mardi Gras Parade. Friday, February 21 at 7 p.m. Lafayette Krewe de Canailles Walking Parade. Saturday, February 22 at noon Lafayette Krewe des Chiens Parade. Saturday, February 22 at 11 a.m. Scott Mardi Gras Parade. Lake Arthur Mardi Gras Run and Parade will be held February 22; LAFAYETTE PARISH . FEBRUARY 15, 2025. Carencro Mardi Gras Parade rolls at 11 am at Carencro High School and ends 1:00 p.m. – Lafayette Mardi Gras Festival Parade; 2:00 p.m. – Independent Parade; Mardi Gras Day Street Closures. All streets in and around the parade route will close one hour before the start of the first parade and remain closed until the final parade has concluded and the area is cleared of pedestrians and vehicles. Crossover Intersections The parade will officially begin on Friday at 11 AM, with roads closing at 9:30 AM to prepare for the event.
