The parade will then head west to Hope Street, then east on Milam, make a left on Edwards, turn onto Texas and go through downtown Shreveport. Williams was found in his vehicle outside his residence, shot multiple times, according to information from the coroner's office. He is Shreveport's seventh homicide of 2025 and was identified by fingerprints.
