Don’t miss the Tulane University Marching Band (TUMB) — the only collegiate marching band to annually perform in some of the biggest New Orleans Mardi Gras parades — this season! Carnival season begins on the Eve of the Epiphany (January 6th), and lasts until Mardi Gras Day. Come out to the Berger Family Lawn in front of the Lavin-Bernick Center on Tulane University’s Uptown Campus for a preview of the TUMB’s Mardi Gras repertoire! Galveston Parade Revelers will enjoy this festive night parade, as it circles the Entertainment District wrapping up the first day of celebrations for Mardi Gras! Galveston, 2025. The Algiers Mardi Gras Parade and Festival will be back on Saturday, February 1 at New Orleans Federal City in Algiers. Entertainment will include Brass-A-Holics, Amanda Shaw, The U.S. Marine Reserve Jazz Band and more. The parade starts at 9 a.m. and the Festival begins at 10 a.m.
