Pat O'Brien's Mardi Gras Party. Keep the festivities going all night long during Pat O’Brien’s Mardi Gras After Party – taking place from 4 p.m.- 1 a.m. on select nights during Universal’s Mardi Gras. This party includes live DJs, stilt walkers, exclusive food and drink offerings and more. The Mardi Gras festivities extend to CityWalk with specially themed food and drink offerings in a number of venues. Be sure to check out The After Party and Fat Tuesday ® at Pat O’Brien’s ®. The Mardi Gras party has also taken over the Red Coconut Club and transformed it into the Cursed Coconut Club. Since 1995, Universal Orlando Resort has been bringing the fun and flavors of the Big Easy’s Mardi Gras celebration to the streets of Universal Studios Florida. Gaymentertainment is one of Australia’s leading events and party promoters and brings nine epic parties to Sydney to celebrate Mardi Gras.
