Universal Mardi Gras parade times vary each night, but usually start at 6:15 pm, 7:30 pm, or 7:45 pm. However, on February 27, 2024 the parade rolls early at 5:15 pm. You can purchase it at any of the Mardi Gras food kitchens in the park, it’s a great value and you can use it beyond the event at select food locations in the parks. Mardi Gras 2025 Parade 🎉. Each year, Universal has a new theme for their nightly Mardi Gras parade, which is included in your park admission. The parade starts in Hollywood from a backstage area between Cafe La Bamba and the Horror Make-Up Show, across from Mel’s Drive-In. The parade then takes a left through Hollywood for a clockwise route around the park, on to Illumination’s Minion Land, and through New York before making a full lap to exit through the same gate that it entered the park through.
