Mardi Gras 2025 Parade From February 1 through March 30, guests will let the good times roll as they experience an authentic, family-friendly version of the Mardi Gras bash at Universal Studios Florida. The 2025 Universal Orlando Mardi Gras celebration features epic weekend concerts, a full parade, and delicious food. This annual festival at Universal takes place February 1 through March 30, 2025 and is perfect for date night. 2025’s Universal’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval will run daily from February 1 through March 30, 2025. This year’s Mardi Gras parade theme will celebrate 30 years of the event, with six all-new floats inspired by some of the most famous Krewes in New Orleans. The streets of Universal Studios Florida light up with music and dance daily. Headliner musical acts perform on Saturdays from February 3 through March 17 at the Music Plaza Stage next to Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon.
