The Mardi Gras main event, the Grand Parade, starts at 11 a.m. Here's everything you need to know if you are heading to Granite City Mardi Gras Parade. The Granite City Mardi Gras event begins at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 1 at 29th & State Street.
