You're going to be sorely disappointed if your frame of reference is New Orleans. Mardi Gras at Busch means they have some New Orleans-themed food that is awful-tasting and overpriced, plus some cast members dressed for Mardi Gras that hand out purple beads. Darkoaster and Verbolten are open for the entirety of mardi gras, and Pantheon is open for all of it except the first weekend. They probably put Pantheon on since there's no point making a different map for 1 weekend, but since Apollo doesn't open for 3 weeks they decided it's better left off until then. Same.
