Guests on Mardi Gras can dine one complimentary time in Cucina Del Capitano and then each additional visit costs extra ($8 per person at the time of writing). This took a little while to put together but it is finally ready. Nearly 40 different venues on Carnival Mardi Gras and I have menus for all of them on my new Mardi Gras Menus page.
