ChiBang Wine List and Cocktail Menu. ChiBang is an included specialty restaurant on the Carnival Mardi Gras, Carnival Celebra tion and Carnival Jubilee. It serves Chinese and Mexican dishes, so you’ll see some interesting cocktail choices here. There restaurant does not have a stand-alone bar, so you have to dine here to order these cocktails.
