Both include an open bar with beer and spirits, a lunch buffet and beads in a climate-controlled tent in close proximity to the parade route. Mardi Gras as an event is designed for locals and passholders. I don't think the park expects anyone to drive 5 hours to experience it like they would for the regular season, HOS or Christmas Town. Everyone I saw at the park on Friday was wearing the passholder Mardi Gras beads and there was a decent enough crowd even though most of the rides
