LOUIS: Krewe of Real People, 1 p.m. The Gulf Coast Carnival Association (GCCA) was the first Krewe to begin celebrating on the Coast in 1908. After 117 years of festivities, the fun has only grown as they boast of 24 association floats, along with additional private entry floats.
