Hours of Operation. We’re open 7 days a week, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with our first admission beginning at 9:00am and our last admission at 4:30pm. Mardi Gras World is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter and, of course, Mardi Gras Day. Ask about our free shuttle for you or your New Orleans travel party (the shuttle is not available for Hours of Operation. We recommend you allow a minimum of one hour to tour. Open Tuesday – Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm (last entry 4 pm). Closed for national holidays and on Mardi Gras day. The Mobile Carnival Museum is a history museum that chronicles over 300 years of Carnival and Mardi Gras in Mobile, Alabama.
