There will be plenty of parades around New Orleans for the last few days of the carnival season leading up to Mardi Gras on Tuesday March 4. SCHEDULE OF PARADES KREWE OF HARAMBEE. Monday, Feb. 17; Downtown Shreveport; 1 p.m. The lineup will start at the corner of Milam and Common streets. The parade will then head west to Hope Street, then east on Milam, make a left on Edwards, turn onto Texas and go through downtown Shreveport. Mardi Gras Parade Schedule.
