Guests on Mardi Gras can dine one complimentary time in Cucina Del Capitano and then each additional visit costs extra ($8 per person at the time of writing). Starting Summer 2025, 12 Carnival ships will sail to Celebration Key from eight homeports: From Miami: Carnival Celebration and Carnival Conquest. From Port Canaveral: Mardi Gras, Carnival Freedom, and Carnival Glory. From Galveston: Carnival Dream and Carnival Legend. From New Orleans: Carnival Liberty. Here is the Carnival Dining Times schedule for all Carnival ships: Carnival Firenze Dining Times 2025 Cucina del Capitano, ChiBang, and Guy's Pig and Anchor Smokehouse are all included dining venues, and anytime dining allows wider access to the first two - those with anytime dining can request a table at Cucina and ChiBang at any time during dinner service, while those with assigned dining (early or late) are restricted from requesting a table until I believe 8pm or around there.
